Retail And Leisure

With  over one million visitors annually and 18,000 people living, working and studying in Titanic Quarter daily, retail and leisure opportunities form an important element of the scheme.

Units totalling 30,000 sq ft ranging from 750 to 7,000 sq ft at the ARC residential development, located between the Odyssey and Titanic Belfast, are currently available to let.

The first small convenience store opened in Titanic Quarter at the ARC in April 2013.  The owners recently completed a £700,000 investment, moving to a larger retail unit in Titanic Quarter under the Spar brand.

Additional outline planning permission exists for a range of local services, restaurants, retail outlets, fitness clubs and leisure pursuits.
